Hi There! My name is Dave and I LOVE X3D! I've spent a lifetime wrapped up in 3D imagery and 3D photography, from both the dedicated amateur and working professional perspectives. As a long-time, passionate anomalist (that's the proper term for weirdos like Jimmy, Chris and myself), I began by sharing "phlat" images of anomalies. Phlat is the term we use for old-fashioned, 20th century-style images. A phlat image lacks critical information for the viewer, the primary absence being the Z axis, or depth axis. Myriads of subtle brain-cuings occur in the visual cortex when an image is viewed in 3D, your brain fleshing it out if you will, with details and awarenesses that a phlat image cannot provide...but more about that another time. I soon learned that in order to properly show people the true nature of what's on Mars, those phlat images had to become "phat" images; images in full stereographic 3D. But years ago, only niche enthusiasts like myself could or even WOULD look at 3D images, no matter how they were presented.
That has changed just in the past year or two thanks not only to Jimmy Roberts and his brilliant tutorial videos, but to a perceived awakening on the part of a growing number who are literally, opening their eyes onto a new world. Thousands upon thousands of new fans have discovered the amazing ability to view in full, large-format, crystal-clear "frictionless" X3D. There's nothing to buy, nothing to put over your eyes, nothing to put over your head. The only investments are the desire to learn something new and the willingness to invest a couple of minutes (literally) in acquiring your new "superpower".
I look at it this way: rather than trying to verbally convince anyone about what I think I see on Mars, why not let them see for themselves amazing anomalies in full stereographic X3D, then make up their own minds? That's why I call my YouTube channel "THE EVIDENCE". It's simple really. YOU look at the evidence and YOU be the judge.
In any case, I'm delighted you're here and I look forward to our active conversation!
G'day Dave, love your YouTube channel. You're doing great work.
You betcha. I live in the south east portion of the state, so we’re just about next-door.
Hi Dave, hey I’m in the people’s republic of Rhode Island. We are practically neighbors,
