On the same GigaPan (made by Joe White from ArtAlienTv) I found this gem. I would say that this was a city.

Obfuscation is applied to heavily here, Neal, that it looks like a straight up oil painting. This happens often.
Very interesting, I am pretty sure the Perseverance rover is sitting in field of structural debris!
