Great images, Paul., especially the last one. The truncated pyramid on the left bottom has some other non-fractal inclusions at magnification, and that mound to the right and that little "capsule" behind it certainly spark the imagination. BTW, it is considered both good form and standard practice to publish clickable links along with your images so others can not only verify your renditions, but go to the source and do their own extraction and processing. Plus, I learned the hard way that as your image collection climbs into the hundreds...then the thousands..., trying to remember where you found any particular image becomes impossible. My system (which is probably only good for ME, because everyone works out their own) includes copy/'pasting the URL, MSL (Curiosity, Oppy etc.), Sol and any other relevant info into a document, assigning free-association names to the anomaly or anomalies because, for some reason, that helps me remember something. e.g., I might find a trap door structure and I'll remember two or three other "trap doors" that'll pop up when I do a search. Some form of organization is pretty much essential as your personal body of evidence assumes epic proportions, LOL! Thanks for posting and keep doing what you're doing...but cite your work please!
